This is a service for individuals wishing to take the MBTI test and receive their results with a follow-up 1-2-1 from an MBTI practitioner. If you are an organisation wanting team administration of the MBTI, or looking for an assessment tool to support your recruitment process, please contact us.

- We will then send you your personal link to complete the MBTI® test online. This is not an automated system. We aim to do this within one business day.
- We will be in touch via email with your e-learning module and to arrange a time for your follow-up call. If you are based outside of the UK, will conduct your follow-up call via Zoom.
Please note that the MBTI® is not actually a test – it does not measure skill, competence or ability. A test infers right or wrong, correct or incorrect responses. Please contact us directly if you are looking for a tool to support your selection & assessment process.

- Firstly, if it’s free, it is not the official MBTI test. The MBTI® is a statistically valid and reliable instrument, based in over 60 years of research.
- You should also know is that the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® is not actually a test. Instead, it measures or reports a person’s clarity of preference in four areas of personality. Test infers right or wrong, better or worse.
- Personality is by its very nature personal and subjective. Personality questionnaires, tests, and assessments are never infallible or completely accurate. For these reasons, even though the MBTI® is both statistically valid and reliable, we administer the MBTI® questionnaire in an ethical way and in line with the publisher’s best practice and professional guidelines.
