Why take the Hogan personality assessment?
The Hogan personality assessment is one of the most widely used workplace personality tools because it goes further than a simple personality label. What the three Hogan reports show you
Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)

Hogan Development Survey (HDS)
The HDS looks at the “dark side” of personality — the behaviours that can appear when you are stressed, tired or under pressure. This part of the report can be especially valuable because it helps you spot the patterns that may disrupt relationships, affect your reputation or get in the way of success if left unchecked.
Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)
The MVPI looks at what matters most to you. It explores your core values, drivers and interests so you can better understand what motivates you, what kind of environment suits you best, and how your values shape decisions and behaviour.
