Product Assembly is made up of 15 planks, all of which need to be put together in a specific way. Would you believe us if we told you a high performing team can put this together in under 10 seconds? To achieve this, teams have to develop a clear strategy, have clearly defined roles & responsibilities and constantly (re)evaluate their performance and methodology. This exercise produces valuable learning and we like to think that all of these lessons are very important in the world of business! Don't you?
