What is NLP?

We could just say that it’s a range of techniques that help create success, but we are sure there are some people out there that want an answer with a bit more depth. Born from the study and modelling of what successful people do, Neuro Linguistic Programming is a pragmatic school of thought that addresses the many levels involved in being human. It is a multi-dimensional process that involves the development of behavioral competence and flexibility, and also involves strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental and cognitive processes behind behavior. Like success, NLP is as complicated as you want it to be! NLP also provides us with tools and skills to understand what  communication is and what the process of change is all about. At another level, NLP is about who we are, our beliefs, our vision and our mission in life.

How much?

All of our NLP programmes are bespoke and with your needs in mind. Programmes can vary in length, with a cost approximately £105.00 per person per day (based on a group size of 10).
