The Business Case for Influencing SkillsAlmost everyone influences and has ability to influence. Did you know the average person influences between 30% - 50% of the people they meet? Each individual has developed their own personal strategy through using behaviours they find comfortable or through experiment which had lead to some success. In a rapidly changing society and in a time of economic challenges it is more essential than ever that you as an influencer can adapt your behaviour, can create the desired outcomes you want, whilst maintaining the relationship.
Our influencing skills programme will help you develop and practice the ten individual behavioural styles, explore where best to use them and teach you to be flexible in your influencing by developing strategies that have the desired effect.
We also use the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®) to help explore how individuals respond to conflict and how dealing with conflict is a vital part of influencing with integrity.

How much?
All of our influencing skills training programmes are bespoke and with you in mind. You can expect a one day programme on influencing skills to cost approximately £100.00 per person (plus vat), based on a group of 10.
