Pay it Forwards

 

Terms & Conditions:

Learning & Development Solution: Refers to one contracted learning & development programme for one team or group of individuals within one organisation.

Commit/committing: Refers to signing a legally binding contract that commits you (the client), and us, Developing Potential (UK) Ltd (the training provider), to deliver an agreed learning and development solution.

Organisation: Refers to a company defined as such by its company registration in England and Wales or embodied through its trading name. In cases where an organisation would like to 'Pay if Forwards' to another department within their organisation, the decision to accept this will be left at the discretion of Developing Potential (UK) Ltd.

You (the client) may only 'Pay if Forwards' once to a named organisation.  You (the client) may 'Pay if Forwards' to as many other organisations as you like with the exception of those that have been involved in the 'Pay it Forwads' offer previously.   

Length of programme:  The discount to facilitation costs will only apply to programes of the same length, plus one day.  For example, if the referring organisation committed to a 2 day programme, and the referred organisation comitted to a 3 day programme, the discount to facilitation costs would be applied to the full length of both programmes.  Where the referring organisation committed to a 1 day programme and the referred organisation committed to a 4 day programme, the referring organisation would receive full discount, with the referred organisation receiving discount on two out of the four days.

Facilitation costs: Refers to the charge for facilitation only and excludes; travel costs, the programme design, administration and preparation fee, programme materials and any other associated programme costs. 

The discount to facilitation costs will only be applied when both clients have signed and returned their respective contract for a learning and development solution.  In cases where the second organisation's contract has not been received until after the delivery of the first organisations programme, the full amount for facilitation costs will be invoiced, with a refund offered on receipt of the second contract.

This offer will be run indefinitely.  Where Developing Potential (UK) Ltd wishes to cease the 'Pay if Forwards' offer, it shall provide 28 days notice and honour any contracted programmes.
