Strength Deployment Inventory®, 360 Feedback Suite In addition to completing the SDI® and portrait editions, you can also nominate up to 5 other people to recieve feedback from, both in terms of Personal Strength, Overdone Strengths and behavourial expectations.  We would suggest you choose your line manager, one peer and 3 direct reports.  You will also receive a 'SDI® Quick Guide to Communication' and a telephone feedback session.	£175.00 plus VAT
