Developing Potential (UK) Ltd is a learning & development consultancy that specialises in providing bespoke training solutions that help your organisation, your leaders and your teams to be better at what they do. Using our experience, we design, build and deliver learning and development solutions for graduates, apprentices, teams, managers and leaders in a variety of organisations across the private, public, voluntary and third sectors.  We deliver bespoke Team Building & Development Programmes, Management Development Programmes, Leadership Development Programmes, Coaching, Teacher Development, Selection & Assessment Events, Talent Development Programmes and more. We provide our solutions at your place of work, venues of your choice and at a number of specialist venues throughout the UK. We operate in London, Manchester, UK wide and internationally.

How We Do It We will work with you to diagnose and understand your exact needs.  We have all heard the phrase 'measure twice, cut once' - learning and development is no different.  The diagnosis stage is often the one that is poorly conducted or missed out completely.  Doing this right first time means that we can design a programme that is fit for purpose, creates the best results for your organisation and meets individual's needs.  Our development programmes aren't done to you;  instead they are with you and for you.   For that reason we think that everyone whom the programme is for, should be included in what the programme is about.
